Its been over 3 weeks now that I received a case #, after sending all of DJIs requested information for a lost signal fly away of our phantom 3 4K.    I have called to follow up 3 times total, 2 of which I was over 20 deep in the "que", to get to speak with anyone.   Customer service has been very apologetic and told me to call back if no response within a set period of time, and they assure me everything will be taken care of for me.    Still here I am almost a month after the fly away, with no drone and no update, or assistance with the matter.    Since we have owned ours I have fallen in love with the stability, and quality of photos, and have even convinced family and friends to get their own.   I am just hoping that I didn't make a mistake referring them to a great product that has no true customer service when you need them most.  
I appreciate any advice given.

I have a DJI phantom 3 pro drone I'm trying to link the camera with the app but the controller does not have a usp port it only had a micro usp port

Where did you purchase the drone?
It seems to be a WiFi connection controller, can you see "Phantom_WiFi" in the WiFi list when powering on the remote?

Based on your description, you have a P3 4K and not a P3 Professional. The 4K connects via WiFi, like the P3 Standard does. Please check in your device's WiFi list and look for the Phantom WiFi signal. Connect to it and enter the stock "12341234" WiFi password. You should then be able to see the aircraft connect in the Go app after that.

If you still have issues connecting to your aircraft, it would be recommended to start your own thread for further assistance as this current thread pertains to a different topic.
