Hello Everyone, Sent my drone in april 6th, got there april 11th, i realize they need a day for opening, but its been 3 and they arent showing that they recieved it. kinda worried. anyone else have this issue while using repairs ?

I get that, but it arrived last tuesday and still  hasnt been processed as received. they had 3 days to do it. that was why i posted on here

I sent mine and it arrived at the repair facility on 4/7/17 in the morning.  They did not acknowledge receipt until 4/12/17 in the evening.  4 business days to check in.  It has been sitting in the damage assessment stage since then.  Just a reference for you.

Mine was marked as delivered on March 16th, marked as received March 21st, shipped back on April 6th, and received April 11th.  Right now it takes just under a month for the whole process.

Same here it takes a month total time on average- JUST don't look at the dates that they say it will be done, it will drive you crazy. If it sits more than a week get a hold of DJI Mindy she can check for you &
that will usually speed things up.
