I have been trying to useful information from DJI , but per their norm, no response. What steps do I need to go through to download my flight record from my P4P + ?

Do you have a case or ticket number?
Please connect your aircraft to a PC with Assistant 2 installed, then run Assistant 2, you can download the flight logs.
Please upload it to a Dropbox and provide us the link, we'll download it.

I found I could download the logs, but they appeared to be encrypted, or just unreadable.  Either way is was useless to to download.
