I have updated my firmware a number of times to v01.03.0600 which appears to work, but then I keep getting an Update Required message from v01.03.0550 ???

Which phone or tablet are you using?

There may be an issue with DJI Go4 not recognizing an update done via Assistant2.  Have you done an update via Go4?

Hi Mindy, I have tried many more times without success. I have used both GO4 and Assistant-2. It takes about 15 minutes, reboots OK, but still remains at v01.03.0550. It still flies OK but cannot update.

Just tried 2 more times. Now I have v01.03.0550 on the Mavik and v01.03.0600 on the remote, which is probably more of a worry. Still complains that an upgrade is available but it stalls on 74% then fails. Still flies OK but updates are a mess. Seems like there are now a few similar issues on the forum. Please fix this DJI!

Please follow the video tutorial to export the update log file.
Besides, what's the error message or error code from DJI assistant?
Is there's any issue about the transmission? Can you take photo and record video?

I am also having the same problem, frustrating! I must of tried at least 20 times using the assistant on my imac, 57% 74% No luck with the app get the same response 74% then sticks and asks to retry. I have only flew my mavic 6 times! Like others I have tried different cables and phones!!!!!!!

When starting the drone with RC and App DJI Go 4, the app shows me again, the update to *600 is necessary. Already reinstalled the app on the phone.
What can I do else?

Clearly DJI must recognise an issue by now. Hopefully they solve it for the next release or else hundreds will be stuck on v1.03.0550 forever :-( :-( :-(  
I would have thought though they might have announced something (crickets chirping ........)

New update has been released: fw v01.03.0700 has arrived today! Has anyone tested it yet?

Have you updated the Remote Controller too? Or only the Mavic? This is exactly what happens if you have forgotten to upgrade one of both things (eigther AC or RC).

I received your message, and forwarded it to engineers, will help you handle it soon.
Then you can upgrade it through Assistant 2 directly, the upgrading method is the same as before.
Here is the instruction:
1. Upgrade the firmware V01.03.0350.
2. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to V01.03.0600, it will be working.

Still DOES NOT WORK :-(
- Downgraded both MAVIC PRO and RC to V01.03.0350 via Assistant 2.
- Rebooted all devices.
- Upgrade to V01.03.0700 failed again at 78% via Go 4 app, Same error as always. Tried also with Assistant 2, Also failed.
- Reverted both MAVIC PRO and RC to V01.03.0550 via Assistant 2. Same, Same :-/
I do not understand your 2nd instruction: "2. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to V01.03.0600, it will be working." Is this with the MAVIC, RC and Phone connected via Go4 app? What does the Record button do re upgrade????

After downgraded it to V01.03.0350, please press the "Recording" button on the remote controller (this is the very important step during the whole  process), you must make sure it is making the record, then please upgrade it to V0600 via assistant 2.
You can connect the DJI GO 4 app which will be easier for you to ensure it's recording.
