Mavic Pro. Been trying to use the calibration for sensors on my Mac desktop. I never can get the boxes to show up on screen. It just totally white. I have deleted and reinstalled several times.

Is your OS up to date ?
I am on El Capitan and have no problems.
and did you install the DJIbrowser wich came with the DJI assistant?

I am having the same exact issue. Change the resolution to what?

Edit: I changed it to 1920 X 1080 and it works like a champ! Thank you for the tip!

I did this on a PC

Funny, I had mine at 1920 x 1200 and I never could get to the actual calibration screen.  When I switch the resolution to 1920x1080 I got to the calibration screen, and saw on the bottom left the images that said Left and Right, however it was not live video, and it wasn't even from the left and right camera's, it was for the downward visioning cameras instead....

I do have a dual monitor set up and I did change the resolution on both monitors to the 1920x1080, and it did not work, IE I could see the calibration screen, but no pattern in the middle and one still image on the bottom left but not of the proper camera from the Mavic.

Interesting.  It did work on a Mac a few days ago.
