Having complained about the restricted range of the P4P+ compared to my Mavic I have just changed my RC from the plus to then normal and my range went up dramatically, as it was now new territory I chickened out at a little over 4 kilometers of smooth passage one way so easy 8 kilometers whereas before I struggled with 3 kilometers.

  

Added bonus of a larger screen with more real estate plus the above well worth the bit of extra time on the set up, I do not find the brighter screen on the plus that much of an advantage when it’s so easy to shade my tablet and sit under a tree! :-)

That is what I have been saying in almost all my posts re the plus

Well, I for one love the bright screen.  Also I have seen much incresed range with the plus controller after this last firmware update, and I was certainly having video feed problems at range before the recent firmware updates.
