Welp, that's that, then. Explains why it was so flakey on my iPhone 7 on AT&T. I need to try it on my son's iPhone 6S sometime to see what I was missing.

Thanks for that valuable info! But strange that DJI only figured it now...

We've reported this case the senior engineers, they will test it and figure it out.

Hi,  I have DJI Phantom 4 and was happy to fly around to start with but now i want to use it for the reason i purchased the product. Follow Me.
This worked a little bit once, but now it does nothing but hover. Plenty of GPS Satellites available, but does not work. Can someone from DJI support help me?
My Tablet is Samsung Tab A 10.1 2016 model with GPS. I really want to get to the bottom of this problem now.

Any support or advice appreciated

Apparently not, but the ones that work on AT&T's network do.

I would be affected then...I'm using an AT&T iPhone 7+

-Had some connectivity issues, wonder if it's related.

The Autoflight Autopilot app does a much better job at following anyway... I've been complaining about the crappy "Follow Me" mode on DJI Go for years, and it just gets worse.

Brett is right.  If you actually want true follow me, use Autopilot.  NOTHING comes close to it.

Yes, I use it with the 7+ and I don't think network would matter (I'm Verizon.)  They list compatibility on their site https://autoflight.hangar.com/

To be honest I've had the app crash during a couple Follow runs, but having compared it to the built-in Follow and Litchi, it's the only decent option out there...

Thanks, the Verizon version of the phone doesn't have the Intel chipsets that purportedly are to blame, would be interesting to see if the same problem happened with Autopilot. Or didn't.

Oh ok, don't know then... you should be able to get a refund for apps on the app store for some time period after buying them
