Hey y'all,
I just bought a Phantom 3 Standard and I am working thru the problems and learning curves. I have down loaded the GO app and have updated the drone and RC. The problem I have is with the GO app and live video. I do not have live video on the Go app but I can take pictures and video. The phone I am using is Samsung Note 2 the OS version is 4.4.2 is this phone the reason I see that Note 3 & 4 are listed. The app does control the drone or should I say it shows data connects GPS works but no video. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I don't quite understand the statement. Are you asking whether using the Note 2 is the issue since the newer versions were listed? If that is the case, then it can be very likely since it's both older hardware and software by comparison. Have you had a chance to try a different mobile device to see if the issue persists?
