I installed the firmware update on my Mavic Pro yesterday via DJI Assistant 2. All installed properly and still shows that it is current with this firmware. When I power on the drone and connected my remote with cellphone, my app is requesting that I install the firmware V01.03.0600. I have the latest version of the android app and the lastest version of the firmware according to DJI Assistant 2.
What could be the problem?

That's a good point -- I always upgrade from my phone so the RC always gets the opportunity to also be updated as needed.

I've had this issue before using iOS, I simply allowed the App to install the update once again and have never seen it again. Not sure why this occurred.
