I'm really sad, my new P4P, It crashed, in a flight to 40 m I found a building and the proximity sensor functioned initially but inexplicably retry the progress and crash falling from that height, it is really spoiled,    do DJI sells the drone alone? Without remote control, batteries and other accessories.

I'm sorry to hear. If you're looking to just outright replace the unit, the unit is available on it's own with the only accompaniment is a battery:

Were you flying at the building to test the sensors?

Lesson to be learnt here, dont fly your drone at buildings, trees or other obstructions !
