Video test of DJI's official ND8 filter for the Phantom 4 Pro with side-by-side comparison without the filters.  The ND filter did help create a more cinematic look by allowing a slower shutter speed which added a natural motion blur, while letting me keep the aperture at the sharpest setting (roughly between F4-F5.6).

I only have the ND8 filter (3-stops) since the P4P has an adjustable aperture.  Please leave a comment and let me know if this video helped.

Glad you found it useful, the difference is subtle but noticeable in the specular highlights and in the motion blur with the tree shot.  Please make sure you are watching in 4K.

Looks great. At 24fps should you not try a shutter speed of 1/50th to get a more "cinematic" motion blur? I was using ND8 but found when I wanted to drop to a shutter speed below 1/120th without taking aperture up to f11 much of my footage was still blown out. Just received the ND16 to try on the next sunny day here.

Thanks!  I did the no filter shot earlier and had my aperture at F5.6 so I wanted to match the same for the ND8 shot, but 1/50th woud've been a bit overexposed.  Next time I should do the filter shot first   However, I suppose the difference between 1/60 and 1/50 would be minimal.

Makes sense. Just wondering.
