Sent OSMO Mobile in for warranty, No status after almost two weeks?!

Sent my OSMO mobile in for repair after the first use because of what I believe is a bad motor on the gimbal. Shipped 2 weeks ago this Monday, and tracking from UPS says DJI received it 8 days ago, yet nothing has changed on the repair status. I've chatted with DJI support and they are no help... every time they just say give it time. Yet when I originally put in the warranty repair request the person said I can expect it to be fixed and sent back within a week of receipt. Is this typical? So frustrated with DJI repair and support so far!

We're very sorry about it. Recently there's some backlogs of repair cases, and it does take longer to log it in the system.

This is absolutely ridiculous... originally I was told 7 days to repair and ship back when I contacted DJI. But here is the timeline for my OSMO...

Shipped VIA UPS April 11th
Delivered (via UPS tracking) April 13th
Nothing for almost 2 weeks... Until on April 25th it was marked as received, so it basically sat there for 2 weeks with no repair or even touched.
April 26 says repair started and will be another 3-5 business days?!

This is horrible DJI! Don't quote 7 business days then take 3 times that much time!
