I suppose you do not have the plastic dome installed over the camera.
It seems you have much Infralight light on your video. It's not normal and see something like that. If you see it all the time, I would recommend you make a complaint to the business where you purchased your Mavic.

Your video is not good and it is really out of focus. Reset the camera and try again at a time when you won't have the sun as an issue so you can see what the camera is like. But remove the gimbal cover.

Glare from the sun is the most common reason but we'll be in a much better position to give advice if you put an example of it on YouTube and provide a link here to it.

Sorry, maybe it's the small size of the image or just my personal lack of discernment but all I can see is the sun's reflection on the water. Maybe someone else can see and comment on what I'm missing or perhaps the problem will be more evident once you're able to post the video.

The Polar pro filter does make a vignetting worse on the camera and color shift.
May be installed badly the filter? did you try to capture tha footage without filters to see how it goes?
