I was trying to hold off on being one of those customers that seems impatient and unwilling to wait a sufficient time for DJI to update the status of my repair progress but I would at least like a clue as to what is going on with the case.

UPS shows that this package was recieved and signed for on the 19th of April at 10 AM. Today is the 24th and my repair progress is still stuck at "To Be Received". I don't mind waiting but the part that concerns me is the section that states "If the product has not been received within 30 days, the case will be automatically closed." I am well outside of this range but I'd like to have some form of confirmation from DJI's end that the product has in fact been received.

DJI Ken, or someone... Mind chiming in on this matter? I already contacted customer support and they offer no help or insight on the matter.

Mine was delivered the day before yours, and also has not been opened. I got an email today telling me about the pallets full of packages they're processing and that it's a bottleneck. I've asked for an estimate (based on what days deliveries they were processing today) but I'm not holding my breath for getting one

I am in the same boat and reading these threads do not give me much hope. My Phantom 3 PRO was received last Thursday  morning and it is now Monday night and it's not showing as not received.  I hope the turn around time isn't  going to be more than 4 weeks. I was hoping for like 2 weeks

This sucks. I leave for my trip on the 9th and I have yet to even get a shipping notice that my replacement is on the way. Someone at DJI, if you have inventory ready to ship can I please pay to have this shipment expedited to my address? Happy to pay USPS Priority which would get it to me in two days.
