After firmware update,bird is moving too much towards up and down left and right till 2-4 feet, both versions are showing different in bird and controller  and both are showing latest firmware,

All calibration have been done so many times

I think you will have to explain better what the problem is, and give more information.  Currently I don't understand.

Post  VIDEO, post what type of P4, type of device, fw version etc.

Maksure when you do  COLD IMU calibration on a 100% leveled surface then do the AUTO Gimball CALIBRATION!

Then when you take off, hover for few minutes around 3 to 4 feet and try moving the bird in all directions and see if got stabilized. Take into effect if it is windy or gusty and let us know!
