Hello,
I received a DJI Care Refresh Case Number via phone yesterday morning. (CAS-595949-V8M2W3)
However when I query the page "https://repair.dji.com/en/support/RepairTrace" using my phone number as the
input, I get a list of 26 different case numbers ....all with my name, and all different from the one received by phone.
When I go to "My Case" from your support page...it shows no records in the system.
Could someone there check and at least tell me if I'm in the system ?? I only want the one case open(above)...the others should be purged.
Still awaiting a response email with shipping instructions and a shipping label.
