After I fly aircraft I change to freshly charged battery and on my tablet its all synced up ready to fly and when I go to start props I get this message saying this"           IMU Initialising don't not move aircraft till complete"        This takes about 30 min and its happening every time after the 1st flight.   HELP ?

Have you already done your IMU, gimbal and compass calibrations?
You need to do the IMU calibration after having chilled down the drone, in the frost free fridge or in front of an air conditioner.
Taking a half hour to initialize is just crazy... You will want to remedy this... ;-)

As said by RHP above, perform an IMU calibration with the aircraft chilled.

In addition to post #2's inquiries, is it particularly hot when you attempt to fly?

Adding to previous comments. This happens if the environmental temperature is high. Either that or you have a short somewhere in your aircraft that is generating phenomenal heat rapidly.

How do you calibrate the Drone, I can only find Gimbal calibration on in the Advanced settings....I am experiencing the same issues...
