Opened a case 20 days ago. Took 2 weeks for you to say you recieved it. UPS said it was delivered 5 days from case opening. Sent payment for repair 1 week ago. Still says waiting payment. Come on guys, lets do a better job of taking care of your customers. Please inform me what the heck is going on.
