First thing I'd do is move the controller AWAY from the Phantom.  Placing the transmitter an inch from the receiver is not going to solve your problem.

The drone is stuck on the self diagnostic stage. Could you please clarify why there isn't a camera on your P3 Standard? Did you remove the  gimbal yourself?

I'd say that's a pretty good question! The poor thing is just sitting there like it landed in a bad neighborhood.
