I tried to use the follow me function for the first time and the drone started to spin and fly away and crashed in a tree. Now the gimbal is dead, don't have any damage, the camera it's working, but the gimbal not. what can i do?

Have you checked all the external ribbon cables for any damage? Just to clarify, where and when did you purchase the unit?

I'm from Brazil, and the drone was an imported gift. It's only one year old.

If it's older than a year, you wouldn't have much in regards of warranty. You do have the option to go to a local dealer to look into a repair service.

I would open up the gimbal panels on the underside of the gimbal plate and look inside. Plenty of videos online how to do this, I have a feeling a cable just became disconnected and can be repaied or reconnected easily.
