I'm curious if anyone has had to send their drone in for service and what your experience was. I just got the “Ultrasound error" last weekend and submitted for service on Monday. I was supposed to get a shipping slip sent to my email but have yet to receive anything. I've contacted support every day via chat and each time they say wait 24 hours. I'm getting pretty frustrated and if the rest of the repair process is anything like this, I might go insane.
