Sorry to hear the issue, our engineers will evaluate the drone after it arrives, then send you an e-mail with the invoice, if it's caused by product faulty, and accord with the warranty policy, the it will be repaired for free.
We are now working hard to speed up the process for all RMA and DOA cases so you could get the drone back as soon as possible. Appreciate your patience.
Hey Natalia I'm wondering if you might be able to check on CAS-599397-T2B3J7 for me and see if any type of time estimate is possible. I'm leaving for Hawaii on the 25 and that was the main reason I purchased my mavic in the first place. It was delivered to you guys last Friday. Thank you! |
