My Mavic Pro will only record for about 10 seconds

Nothing is more aggrevating then my mavic pro recording for about 10 seconds and it will automatically stop on its own?

1. I have updated to latest software
2. I use an iPhone 7 Plus to control the drone
3. I use a San Disk (class 10) 64gb memory card
4. The drone has never fallen or had a hard landing
5. The signal from the controller to the drone is fine
6. I have attempted to format the card several times

It doesnt matter if im recording in 4k at 24fps or 1080 at 60fps it will only record for a short amount of time. I use to own the Phantom 3 Standard and i never had this problem.

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Have you tested it with the sd card that came with the Mavic?

Any messages on screen to say recording has stopped etc? no log data at all?  i'd also blame the SD card but if you've tried the SD that came with it and its the same, there must be a hardware issue ..?

Strange.  Try formatting the card?

Try 1080p 30 FPS.

Also try without using the phone at all.  Just hit record on the remote and see if it will keep on recording.

Try turning off the sound in the GO 4 app. Your phone may not be able to handle video and sound.

The same problem. Recording goes for 14 -15 seconds.
Nowhere in the instructions did not find how to change.

That's what I'm thinking too. & no, no messages the recording will just stop abruptly. Thanks for the reply
