I purchased a Ronin-M off the DJI website. I recieved the package three days ago (Monday). Everything works fine except for one of the battery is completely dead. I have been exchanging emails with DJI Email Support and today they asked me to send my Ronin-M in for repair in California!!!

I also sent a message through DJI's Facebook page but received no response. I am disgusted with your service!

I'd like to return the whole product because of this.

It's there anyone here that can point me in how to do this?

That must have been frustrating for you, we sincerely sorry for your unpleasant experience.
Since Ronin-M performs fine, you can just send in the dead battery, we'll evaluate it for you, if it's product faulty, you will get a good one.
