I have been reading on this site that they switched facities and it's taking a long time for repair.  Should I send my drone in?
I need the flat cable replaced.  What is the expected turn around? I am tempted to send it somewhere else.

Just to clarify, was the cable damaged due to an unfortunate accident or do you believe that it was due to a malfunction of the aircraft? If it's the former, then going to a local dealer may be faster:
