I did all the activation buit at the end it says upgrade the firware and then its return to the main menu.
I re started the device and the drone  and the drone still dont connect?
what can I do to fix that?

Phantom 4 pro

I have the exact same problem right now but only with a Phantom 4 I have just bought and updated... The RC will not connect?

Any idea why as I did the upgrade as shown and now its kaput!

Il didnt do any  update André nothing  works,  cant  even  save  the  device  name. Says  failed  tout save
The  propeller  are  not  on for  setting,  it  doesnt  matter ?


The  only  thing  that  work  is  i  can  move  the  gimbal

You can try after power on the RC and aircraft then Hold RC for  C1, C2 and Camera button at the same time then the RC will getting beeping sound mean now is on Binding mode, now press the aircraft linking button for 3 second then release and wait for the RC and aircraft linking.

Got mine fixed... Thank you Nelson Lee for the tip seems to be ok now... I used the DJI assistant to flush it and changed my cable from the RC to my iPad Mini and hey preto it kicked back in...

Are you sure you pressed the button correctly? It can be tricky...

I  did  it  again,  and  now  its  working  1 on  2

Show  me  that  i  need  to  upgrade  the  firmware  and now  it  doesnt  show  it  anymore ?  Weird !

Working now i finaly was able to do the firware update with the assistant 2
