Doing some preliminary calculations to support flight characteristics, could someone please advise of the C rating of the Battery so that I know the maximum AMPs the battery can handle?

Thank you --

I did some calculations based on the TB47D, though they should be similar for a TB48D

What C rating are you calculating?

My bad, I hit enter and didn't realize that would post. Here are my estimates:

4500mah battery capacity at ~15minute flight time gives an average discharge rate of 4c. Assuming the Matrice hovers at around 1/3 throttle, I would estimate the battery discharge rate to peak at around 12c. Given this, I would guess they made the batteries 15c discharge rate for a small safety margin (my estimate of hover at 1/3 throttle may also be a bit much, realistically it may hover at closer to 1/2 throttle). Since the TB48D is a bit higher capacity it will probably have a slightly lower C rating

Thank you sir, that makes sense!
