Ok, here comes the same story, DJI received my drone on Mar 23rd, and replace on Apr 22nd.
And......Till doday, they still did not send out my new drone, so what's up??
How does shipping become so difficult for this company?
Their manager told me it would be 2-day shipping as a courtesy, however, there was a post from dji customer who did not receive the promised service as told.
Your customer service(especially the phone service) is really a catastrophe. Though you have great product, but customer service like this will ruin your company.
By the way, i'm anticipating a new drone, not a refurbished one. Thats why i purchase DJI refresh.
I admit all you coordinator from this forum is way more better than those on the phone. But this is not enough.

Please fix this problem for me, i'm going back to my country next week. I have no time to wait. It already took me a month!!!!!!
