I must say that the customer service of DJI is horrible.  I have waited for more that 30 days to have the camera replaced and believe it or not, they charge $400 to have this done….I was like WOW, I could have purchased a refurbished unit.  I also spent several hours on the phone and online chat.  My next purchase will NOT be DJI.
