Hi People,

I have a big issue in my drone Phantom 3 4k. I have an iphone 6 with dji go app installed. I connect with RC by Wifi because my RC don´t have USB output drive.... Is normal??

So here is the problem: i start flying and haver 20 meters of high, i had Aircraft Disconnected (Red Message). I have Interference in the image and after my image turns black and wite, and in the end no image on screen and red message Aircraft Disconnected.

I already tried unistall Dji Go app and nothing. I try with my Android and is the same problem. Some times after 20meters other after 10 meters... I already tried in open field and is the same. The RC Works, but no image in phone...
Is the Wirless conection between iphone or tablet and RC?

I already updated to the last firware too. I don´t how to do!!! plesase help me

If I am reading it correctly, it would seem your aircraft is 24 metres up directly over your head. This is the worst position for the antennas. Try moving further away and not going so high.

Please reinstall  you Dji go 4 app and update firmware for your aircraft.

Please do not confuse the situation, that will have no benefit for the OP.

I am not From below the aircraft. I moved around the ground and nothing. I reinstall the app too and try in other device. in memory card i don´t have any log history regarding with fly. I have last firmeware installed. Today i am going to the store and check if they have a clue.

Today i take another try and the same... i format my card also and nothing.

you can go to setting remote and you should change mode auto

Just to verify, it was working fine before? when did you purchase the drone?
Have you tried to fly it farther firstly then higher in an open area?

Hi,
The store change my aircraft for new one.
But the same problem again. I start to update firmeware and after that i try i first flight. Same issue, after 20meters hight the "aircraft disconected" red message appear... i am so frustrated. My RC dosent´have USB port out. I think that is wirless problem... But any mobile device as the same issue.

I create a movie of my second flight of this new aircraft. As you can see after 30 meters the image is bad and is disconnected... Is a firmeware problem?

DJI Natalia, the first aircraft work fine in 2 flights. I did about 8 flights  before replace it for new one. This new drone i made 2 fligts and as the same problem.

I had version 1.5.40+
