I just received my Phantom 4 Pro back from repair and I see it is again asking me to activate my drone. Can I purchase the refresh insurance when activate the drone, is this something I need to ask support. Thanks for any responses.

You might be able to. I would recommend trying the 48 hour activation choice  in the link below. If that does not work, then a video submission may be needed:

Thank you for your response, unfortunately the 48 hour activation did  not work. My suggestion would be to allow the DJI Refresh when the drone is be reactivated, to me it would be a good business decision for DJI to help their bottom line.

Just realized that the reason I was being asked to activate was that the serial number is now different than the one I sent in. It did allow me to purchase the Refresh card.
