sono veramente rammaricato per l'assistenza DJI riguardo al mio case mi è caduto il Mavic Pro dopo due voli per un totale di circa venti minuti per cause non doviute a mio errore
ho aperto la segnalazione in data 8 aprile 2017 e ho dovuto aspettare una settimana per ricevere l'etichetta di spedizione UPS arrivata il 14 aprile.
spedito il pacco consegnato in data 20 aprile e aperta la procedura di verifica danno il 28 aprile.
ho notato che dopo che dopo le varie fasi le tempistiche di attesa passavano da 1-3 giorni a 3-5 giorni per l'unpackig e successivamente da 1-2 giorni a 1-5 giorni per la Conducting Demage Assessment.
ormai è passato quasi un mese e non so per quando potrò tornare in possesso del Mavic
