Do you know if there is a way to get the 32 channel hack to work on the Phantom 4 Pro + (with the build in screen)?

Tips for extend the range :
You should install a firmware update to increase your channels to 32 channels prior to installation. (Higher channels have less WiFi interference and our antenna was customized for DJI 's light bridge system)

Any firmware can be enable this 32 channel.
You need to add the (.DJI.configs) file into the dji go folder.

Thank you very much!  For some reason it worked when the Phantom 4 Pro Plus was off, but when I turn it on, the additional channels are not available.  Weird.  Anyway, I think that 5.8Ghz seems to work better in my area too - plenty of range for everything I want to do.  2.4Ghz would be nice in rural areas, and I wish the channel hack would work consistently.

Does the 32 channel hack work on P4? I recently purchased and would Like to try this but all attempts so far to enable 32 channels has failed. I am running all the latest firmware. I have also purchased and Inspire 1 GL658C and linked this to the P4, this doubled my range to 2 miles (3.2 km).

Any other suggestions for getting the maximum range out of the P4?

That channel hack was wishful thinking.
The drawback was that any channel being chosen besides the preset ones had to be chosen manually and it wouldn't change - even if signal strenth altered.  
You would select a channel before startup - where you and the drone are - and the drone would stick to that channel way out there.
I believe in channel scanning continouisly...

What kind of sorcery do you have to type into that config file?

Double the range you can replace the stock antenna to ARGtek Antenna.
