Hi i talk to the online support like 10 times, my p4p+ have and error firmware incompatibility detected between some modules and current device, i try with new sd cards, format sd card, different cables, and all that and is the same error, when y try to upgrade mesagge apears is the 0x020103. In fly it only take 1 shot then i need to restart the aircraft if i want antoher shot. please help i buy this because im a photographer and i cant work beacuse of this. also y try with a file that dji send to me.

You need to be a little more clear on what your asking..

You need to reset the AC/RC to factory settings and then redo the update.

Please try dronist's advice at your earliest convenience. In addition, have you only been performing the update in the Go app, or did you try the Assistant 2 software method as well?
