hello, i have a major problem that nobody seems to be able so solve for me.
i buy 2 month ago a new inspire 2 and a little bit later the proress licence seperate.
i install the latest dji assistant 2 but every time i go to the licence tab i only get the picture but no option to enter the code.
I already contacted dji online 4 time, gave them al my info because they say it had to be activated on the headquarters,
after 3 weeks still no luck, i cannot type under the tab licence, al the other things work perfekt.
i try on the Phone to contact dji support, the same thing, ask all my info and say to wait, still no luck, i try with email to contact dji support, the same thing,
gave again and again al the codes, cinecore, x5s codes, everything they needed, then they say it should work,
i again try on 3 diffrent computers, pc and mac, each time again and again i cannot type anything under the tab licence, in the picture u can see what it says
the whole thing cost me 1500 dollars and i am already 1 month not able to use it ...

please please i hope it is a bug under the dji assist 2 tool
i dont know what to do anymore

I want to know what it means the picture i get under the tab licence, is it still means that the licence is not activated on the headquarters? Or is it my inspire 2 wich cause the problem?

Since you typed in NB but not N8 when purchasing it, that's why it cannot be detected.
