Is there any word on when DJI plans to fix the issue with the app not opening on the Samsung Galaxy s8 phones? For me, the app opened up and worked the first two times i used it on my Galaxy s8 Plus. After that i receive the following message "DJi go 4 does not suport the current display size setting and may behave unexpectedly". I've changed every setting I can think of on my device and the app does not work at all. It's very unfortunate that DJi release these fantastic products and can't get a simple app to work properly.
I re installed the version 3.14 of the dji app and it is working well. I also bought the s8 and all i got from the latest app was resolution not supported error. Just uninstall the new app and install the 3.14 version and it should fix the problem. Maybe dji will get their app fixed soon.
Have you modified your phone configuration before downloading? Because we uploaded two different packages to Google Play , if you modified the phone parameters, it's possible to download the package for the tablet which does not function well on the phone.
You can also download the package from the DJI official website(http://www.dji.com/mavic/info#downloads).This package can be used for both tablet and mobile phones.

Nat it is now working! Here is what I did........ for both Phantom 3 and Phantom 4 using the 2 different DJI Go apps.
Delete both DJI Go apps

Please, it's possible to stop the forced fullscreen mode on s8?
When in full screen and i tap on the side of the screen, the nav bar come out (home back ecc) over dji go 4 app!!!
