Hi. I have received a replacement Mavic (DJI Care Refresh ) after 4 weeks. But it came with no propellers!
I raised a support case, and now they want receipt, all details and what not once more.
I find it VERY unsatisfactory that I have to raise a new case when the problem is caused by DJI.
The case number is CAS-551642-T5P4Q1
Can you please do something about it.
