Awaiting Repair on my Phantom 3 Advanced. My case was accepted over a month ago on 4/05, damaged assesed on 4/21. I paid the same day but the repair progress has not changed from "quoted"... I've received 2 reminder emails from DJI to pay my invoice and I've emailed customer service twice providing proof of payment and they've responded twice saying that the proof has been "attached" to my case.... Still no indication that my drone is being repaired...
