So you can figure out WHY YOU CAN'T UPGRADE!

Can you post a screenshot from Assistant2.

I have managed to get mine to work on a windows machine with a fresh install.  before this i tried on IOS, Android, Mac + Assist 1.9.

@DJI-Ken please continue to update this thread as there are many other people looking for the answer to the same question.
(My internet speed is virgin 250mbps I'm hard wired.)

Thanks for your update, very glad to hear you made it finally.
If customers failed to update the firmware and have the error code 0x020106 or 0x020103, please PM us their DJI accounts (e-mail address), we will reconfigure it, then customers can upgrade the firmware V01.03.0350 firstly, once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to V01.03.0600, it will be working.

You can upgrade it through Assistant 2 directly, the upgrading method is the same as before.
Here is the instruction:
1. Upgrade the firmware V01.03.0350.
2. Once it's done, please press the "Record" button on RC and make sure it's recording, then start to upgrade firmware to V01.03.0600, it will be working.

Yesterday, I only saw V1.03.0400 in drop down list in Assistant 2, where is V1.03.0350?

Do I update direct to V1.03.0700 or I have to go to V1.03.0600 first?

Thanks go out to Natalia and Mindy!!! It finally worked. I managed to update to V1.03.0700 through V1.03.0600 by pressing the RECORD button on the RC while it was trying to update from V1.03.0550 to V1.03.0600.  Hope this helps those who still had problems....Next thing is to test fly it!!!

You can just download the drone firmware to 0.035.
