Camera catching on Gimbal

I wonder if anyone else has this problem with their Phantom 4 Pro Plus:
When it starts it goes through a gimbal check and moves the camera up and down. But lately it keeps doing this over and over and when it moves the camera down it catches at 45 degrees.
With the power off I inspected it and found the camera is catching on the side of the gimbal mount. See arrow on photo.

Mine did it once in the couple months I had it but then did not do it again after that. Other (Saw in another forum) had similar behavior and said it was hitting the ribbon. Obviously under normal circumstances shouldn't happen and scared the hell out of me when it did.

Just to clarify, have you had any hard landings with this unit? It's a little hard to tell in the picture, but is it physically getting caught on the bit of ribbon cable that protrudes from that corner or on the plastic itself?
