A few days ago I took my P4P out for a flight. I was recording video at the time and whilst in flight noticed the app allows you to take pictures simultaniously. But, when I got home and loaded the images and video onto my laptop the images where saved in a very low resolution JPG, rather than RAW. Does anyone know if it's possible to record video and shoot RAW images simutaniously?

No. it's not possible

You can always grab a snapshot off of a frame in the video recording, but it will be in the recording resolution.
