I cant seem to get past the section that asks to '' select account or create new one ''.   when i select '' next '' nothing happens..  
i have tried on 3 diffrent devices to get the ball rolling on getting my mavic repaired. no luck

I am having the same issue. I contacted DJI support through email and gave them screenshots of the web page. They emailed back with a repair link. The link they sent was the EXACT one I was reporting to them. Why is the Dji online chat and phone support closed on the weekends? They are not exactly a mom and pop store.

I also ran into this issue after I had a wonderful fly away experience / crash today and support chat link wouldn't go past the contact / next step....

Yup, problems here also, here's the 404 errors that happen to us when we click next:
404 errors

There's also a violation error for the zipcode check javascript taking too long (~600ms)

It appears to work now. I was able to put in my request last night.
