Why oh why must my credit card be rejected from DJI Store?!?! Everytime i try to order MY FIRST DRONE with my credit card it keeps getting rejected by them ... My card is good and have the funds for my drone and as soon as i hit pay now and it goes into processing my card the processing stops and something about a cyber thing pops up then redirects me back to DJI. WTf?!?! Im in Canada is there a problem ? Please let m know ...

Ok I tried 2 of my cards and both have funds available ... this pops up

Unable to once again buy a drone only this time .... my $$$ needs to be in dji currency. Ughhh where does it say that on there site OR why didn't it convert my funds when I wanted to pay. Omg im about to give up here. My 600 drone will now cost me over 800 to buy cause of the exchange rate .....

I checked with them apparently didn't have enough funds to cover the foreign exchange rates.

I apologize. If I would of known this in the beginning thru my ordering process I be flying by now.

Let me update this so it helps others .... When I was paying in Canada Currency I didn't have enough on my card for the "exchange rate" so a 689.00 drone cost me more because of the exchange rate.

Only thing that really annoyed me was when I went to check out my item they have the USD amount showing. It should of calculated in the exchange rate to know exactly how much I was to pay in CAD funds.

it's not correct, it's blocked by cybersource though your companys payment system, it's not the bank problem.
