Battery issue

My firmware upgrade failed. Afterwards, battery won't turn off. The two  center lights are solid green. Has been like this for 30hours.
Won't charge either. And app reports battery error and 0%.
I managed to upgrade firmware with another battery, so the controller and the drone are upgraded and work perctly fine. Yet the other battery (only used for a couple of flights) is still damaged and won't turn off. What should I do?

Just to clarify, does the battery look like it's loosing any charge via the LED indicators? Could you please provide a short video of the issue?

Nope, no sign of battery loss. Simply two center lights solid green.

On a P3 battery, that would mean that there is a bad cell. Since you are unable to turn off the battery, if it hasn't already turned itself off by now, then it wouldn't be safe to send it in. You would want to contact the Europe Support team to have a replacement sent out to you.
