I recently sent in my Phantom 4 aircraft to be repaired but cannot get a response when calling in and speaking with a rep about why there are duplicate items.  I was supposed to have received an adjusted quote and an explanation but did not receive it.  I made a second request today but the rep seemed confused.  Below is the quote (reordered to group the like items) of services needed.  Specifically, my question is why would I need 3 camera boards?  Anyone have insight?

You should be receiving a revised quote shortly. They were not able to remove the items from the invoice, but they've applied a discount that would essentially remove the cost of the duplicate items.

I would high ball estimate a tracking number in about a week. If you want to PM the PayPal transaction ID after you made the payment, I can try an help speed up the payment confirmation process a bit.

Appreciate the follow-up but have still not received the quote.  I did receive an email at 2:09 pm (almost 2 hours ago) that corrections were made and a revised invoice will be sent via email, but none has been received.  Is there a way to speed up the actual invoicing?  If the correction is made does that not mean its ready to send?

I received and paid the invoice about 2 minutes ago. Receipt number is 3PL81647W4252211G.

No. One is for more than the other. The one I paid was cheaper than the second one that came in after I had already paid.

From what I was able to find, it was a clerical error. You can disregard that invoice. Your unit has been moving forward in the repair process, you'll be up and running again soon.

Thanks Jamie.  I just received an automated notice stating the drone was repaired and will be shipped within 3 days.  Will this put it to me by Friday the  26th in order to travel with it that weekend?  If not, can I get the shipping expedited to ensure it arrives before then?  And are you able to confirm the items I will be receiving back?  I sent in the drone with battery, propellers, and the case I purchased it in and want to make sure that is all included.

Sorry we are not sure about the exact time when it will be shipped out, but we are now working hard to resolve this case so you can get it back soon.
I have also reported your concern to the local logistic department to see what we can do for you.
