I've sent it on 21/4 and it is on the way since then. I opened the case at 16/4 and the pdf with the address came by on 18/4

Tomorrow the case is closing because it will be 30 days.

To put it in another way, A month without the Mavic under DJI Care and who knows how much more.

Just to make sure I'm on the same page, is this regarding CAS-453937-C2C1Y5?
