I just got my second DJI drone and was aware that they had some customer service issues before. I just needed a little help activating my Refresh for my Phantom 4Pro and something has definately changed.
They answered the phone BAM
The guy spoke clear english BAM
Told me exactly what to do to fix my problem and when I did they followed up in mere minutes BAM BAM!
(FYI, I think I missed the window to register the Refresh in 48 hours by a few minutes, Mother's day in the middle didn't help - It's MOM's fault basically)
Just thought I give a positive "ataboy" when deserved.
