Have you activated the device? Have you fully charged the battery? What shows up when you connect to its WiFi then starting DJI Go?

Was it like this from new, or is it an issue that just happened.
Are you on the latest firmware?

I have been using osmo for half a year and to the present it is broken like in the video. Every connection with wifi and dji go is normal. Now what should I do, when I need osmos for my current job.

It's on the latest firmware too?

I am so over DJI, I have 3 devices from them and never ever buy from them again

Hello
dj osmo was giving a lock error.
the device was turning on. but the gimbal was not working.
I removed the two screws that the gimbal camera was attached to and the socket was dislodged. I put it on and started it. osmo is no longer running and no error.
