Very nice work.

You were up really late on Ben Lomond ! Must have been dark when you got down. I've been up that one with a Mavic but kudos for carrying an I2 with batteries up that one. Tough slog.
Where's the peak with the cell towers? Looks like its on the Remarkables.

Here's my footage of Glenorchy..

Hey mate, cheers! Nice job too.

I see you got Mt.Alfred in.. I still wanna do that but it's pretty slippery now as we've had a lot of snow recently. Ben Lomond was late and cold (hands)
Cell towers atop of Remarks yup! ;)

Are you Kiwi?

Glad I climbed Mt. Alfred when I did because now, the summit ridge is closed to the public. The owner of the land only allows guided tours up that section. These have to be arranged ahead of time.

Its a hard slog up that one and definitely not to be done in slippery conditions.

Not a Kiwi but I visit often and know the ground well.

Happy travels.

Cheers Jamie - nice one! Yeah I'm impressed with the X5s and ProRes how much detail is preserved! Nice bit of kit to work with.

Gorgeous!  Which ProRes were you using?  (4444 XQ, 422 HQ)   Do you get the star-like effect on the sun rays naturally from the aperture shape in the camera or is it a filter or perhaps the craggy rocks it is shining through?  Thanks.  Very inspiring.  I just got my i2 and x5s with ProRes.

Thanks for asking. A mixture of cameras and craft. The opening sequence  and the second one were shot with an X5S with the stock 15mm lens, in CDNG, Mt. Alfred was shot with an Inspire Pro (X5), The lake sequences came off a P4Pro. Shot over different periods as you might expect.

Thanks Craig.

All 4444 XQ, As it's slightly more forgiving if you underexpose, to bring back those dark levels.
Star-Light Effect comes with an f.stop number of say f10 and higher.. higher the number the more defined the burst is. It is also lens dependant so the stock 15mm will act different to the 45mm for example. Doing this may sacrifice a bit of sharpness though so bare that in mind. If the end deliverable is web it really doesn't matter.. Hope you enjoy your new kit!

Cheers!

It's always 500m limit from where you launch, so for example I could be at 3000 metres above sea level and so have a max ceiling height of 3500m.
