I understand DJI Natalia has been assisting with reconfiguring customers firmware, allowing one to downgrade then upgrade to the latest firmware successfully.

Can DJI Natalia or another DJI person familiar with this pm me to help me resolve this issue?

I know it will be rather frustrating to get the DJI goggles and not be able to use them due to a firmware issue.
